Everything started with this ramp at my parents house we skated maybe three years before I moved into my own house. I rebuilt the the ramp to use the corners again and made something that really looks like a pool.

Comenzamos el evento presentando el nuevo DIY Grind To Grind Molten Trucks Pool Coping. Siguiendo nuestra obsesión por los ejes y nuestro culto a ellos, el nuevo Grind to Grind consistía en la fundición de ejes de skate y transformarlos en una loseta de piscina.
This year the level in the juniors was high, all were ripping hard. In the pool sesion many people from Barcelona came and were ripping the pool. A cool session with locals too. Good moments. Skate for fun.
We arrived at the skatepark at the Sportplatz just in time for the last beer before the bar closed… fiuuu… and we helped a bit to set up the last big gazebo, the one that saved us the next day when it started to rain. I knew that it was gonna stop, but… you know… Austria… fresh big blond beers…
…And here is the team: Fred (our International part from France and the Master Photographer), Axel (from Trier the oldest town in Germany established by Romans over 2,000 years ago), Toni (our ½ German with an Italian passport and all time translator), Dietsches (Mr. OMSA) and me (the organizer + Wolfgangster). The OMSA Team on a mission – grinding down the pools in Italy….
It was the last session of the season for them before they fill it up for swimming this summer and taking their new rolling hotel / RV on the road. Evidently it is more expensive to keep it drained than filled, the water table is high and the pump runs constantly…
