I did four days of crete with Flyramp. Super hot and humid down there and the mud went off super fast… We were on this island, so neat! Ilhabela now has a great Pista de Skate! The hip air is Ulysses Pinna, he’s stoked, lives two blocks from the park, brought us sodies and helped clean up and first sesh ripper. BBQs and waterfall picinas… Everyone there was so happy! Four months of intense building were needed to build the first skatepark with such a huge bowl in Perú and in the whole subcontinent, except Brazil. The skatepark was ready to be named: Converse Skatepark, 100% financed by the big company, and ready to be inaugurated: the company wanted things to be done the great way, inviting three of its international riders – Rune Glifberg, Mike Anderson and Renato Souza.
Organized by Wasted Box skateshop and the North Brigade Skatepark, this coming Saturday, September 8th, the second annual C1RCA BOWL OWL CONTEST 2012 takes place in the Owl Bowl at the Northbrigade. Apart from the highly sought-after Owl trophy, skaters can win combined prize money worth 2000 euros as well as CA$H FOR TRICKS!
Ultrabowl 4. Concrete skateboard madness. 40+ rippers from around the world. Brad McClain continued his Scandinavian pro contest sweep with the win. Malmö local Fernando Bramsmark took 2nd. And Kevin Kowalski, last years winner took home 3rd place and a broken rib.
It has a 1.8m deep pool, road barrier hip, flat bank hip, and a speed track around the pool. Heaps of fun.
Saint Lys is a super accessible bowl, perfect to learn to carve with power, perfect to make loud grinds, like all the work we do at with the ZUT CREW, we make the most from the least, from your entrails till your leather, from her womb to her skin, the building of a skatepark is a kind of love-hate relationship, and as hard as it may be to imagine, things made with love, are love…. enjoy dogs…

Etnies Skatepark’s new shark pool drew 500 skaters Friday night for the annual Hallows Eve Bowl Contest. The fourth annual event featured competitions in four divisions. Everyone wore costumes and the crowd was treated to live music by Killing California and skate rock legends JFA.
