After almost one year in a van, 26,000 km, about 2000€ spent on fuel, 20 different countries visited, almost 40 DIY spots skated, destroyed more than 20 decks in total, two 4 week lasting injuries, two languages refreshed, one oil change made, four car lamps replaced (not having any other troubles with the van), 2000 video clips collected for our film, as well as being in love with skateboarding every single day we are still friends. Even more than one can tell. For us that was the ultimate skateboarding experience that will never be forgotten.
Torsoarama, DIY miniramp session at Malas rampas, is the session you cannot miss. It’s not a contest, it’s basically a perfect skating day. This year, we had it all: good weather, good food and good skaters!
The Vans Spring Classic is back, for the first time in the seaside town of Riccione, on Italy’s Adriatic Riviera…. The Vans Spring Classics brings “a little Southern Californian lifestyle to European shores, and with it, some of
the world’s best transition riders for a weekend of skateboarding, sunshine and damn good music. “
Everything began at our friends old house in Rafina, a suburb of Athens. We were discussing making our own mini ramp, because we sadly lack skateparks here in Greece.
After the contest “Rumble in the Park”, we stayed a couple of days more with Michi and skated around Gmunden… during a rainy day, we had a small session in the miniramp.
For a perfect pizza good ingredients are the base! A bunch of sick skaters from all over the world, a well made mini-ramp (Ignoramps), a fruitful sunny place, fantastic food… altogether made a great event.
Lohse Ramp Party 2013 – Köln, Germany – June 29th, 2013. There was a contest. The Schöne Hubätz played afterwards. Good times… I don’t remember who won.
Just friends doing what they love and what they live for. Doing concrete stuff. this mini-wave-ramp is the beginning of a bigger project. but who knows what happens?
