In 2018, the YCM crew was already more experienced, so we built even more, including a mini version of the Hirschgarten pool, a bowl, and the now famous Hell’s gate: 3,25m high with over 60cm of vert, all hand stacked (never again !).

Barbecue diy is the culmination of the project led by a group of young skaters in the south of France.
Everything started in the winter of 2012, there were a few of us, we were about 15-16 years old, a small band looking for a wasteland or a shed to build a spot.
The most insane “backyard pool” Stockholm has ever seen: a true beast with tons of vert and steep corners but yet an ever so fresh pleaser to the eyes; huge deathboxes, large cyan tiles, yellow cooping blocks and a baby smooth surface, all poured in one go. The boundaries of skateboarding are endless; so are the number of places a skater will see a skate spot. That’s what makes it so damn beautiful.
Local skaters from Kamnik, Slovenia started building this DIY skatepark seven ago. In 2014 they finished the indoor miniramp and the year after completed the wooden bowl next to it.
