A crew of American pro skaters and some from around Europe took a trip to Basque country last month, and had the bright idea to invite people for a session at the infamous La Kantera on May 1st, 2026.
The place was quite crowded when they arrived and after posing for photos and signing, Grant Taylor went straight to work, joining the heavy session that was already taking place in the pool with Robin Bollian, Archi, Hugo Dubief, Madeleine Larcheron (and others spanish/basque guys whose names I don’t know, but Alain Kortabitarte for one.)
The session went on for one hour, everyone shredded, and at one point, GT did 8 or 9 frontside ollie in a row, undoubtly the highlight of the sesh.
During that time, Ishod Wair was riding by himself on the upper part of the skate Park, joined after sunset by Dylan Jeab and Oskar Rosenberg, who proceeded to flowlessly skate the quaterpipe.
Such a really good event that only skateboarding can offer us.
