Hell Curving Party 2012: Guineueta – Barcelona, Spain

1992-2012

“Twenty years of Guineueta skatepark and next year is the 10th anniversary of the corner me and my friend Dany built… Barcelona didn’t have any skateparks, everything was shit and we needed to build something to skate a real one… that was the idea of building that D.I.Y.

We started doing the party 12 years ago… Now is the time for the new generation to start to follow our way and that is what they are doing. Bands playing, skating and free beer is what every skater needs and that is what you get at this party. I just arrived and I slammed and hurt my knee so I was all day drinking and watching the new kids ripping the corner we built. It was amazing to see the new generation of rippers getting crazy grinds on the pool cooping, never stopping… new blood… so much energy and what is more important is the good feeling and everybody enjoying the day.

Barcelona sucks and all the street contests suck too… So please come to Guineueta party next year. Everybody is invited and welcome!!!” – Jose Noro
