German ex-pat Patrick Trefz has been living in Santa Cruz for the better part of the last 2 decades. He’s a staff photographer for Surfer Magazine even though lately it seems he prefers to shoot films about the actual characters that shape the surfing community.
We traded places. I’m locked in the cities in Europe and he’s stuck on the Coast in California.

Confusion Magazine is an international underground diy skate, music, art, surf magazine. Rising from the death of Concussion Magazine, Confusion begins were Concussion left off, or rather, began, representing the lifestyle of the skate, surf, music and art universal world.
